THE MAURITIUS CIVIL SERVICE MUTUAL AID ASSOCIATION LTD.

MEMBERSHIP
  1. Membership of the Association is open to persons holding a permanent and pensionable post with:
(i) The Government of Mauritius
(ii) The institutions listed below as approved by the Board.

2. How to become a member / shareholder of the Association?

The following documents are required for enrolment as member:
A. Photocopy of National Identity Card;
B Original of Recent payslip;
C Photocopy of Bank Name and Account Number
D. Photocopy of Latest Utility Bill
E.

Letter from department certifying

  1. date of 1st appointment
  2. that applicant reckons permanent and pensionable service (P.P.E);
  3. salary drawn;
  4. that the employee is not proceeding on leave without pay and is not under report
 

A membership form duly filled together with above documents and a crossed cheque of Rs330 for the cost of the shares and the registration fees of the shares may be forwarded by registered mail.

3. A copy of the Memorandum, Articles and By-Laws of the Association is available for consultation at the Customer Service Section of the Association.
