I/We are aware that:
(a)
The Association will consider a total or part refund at short notice before the date of maturity and without any penalty, provided the depositor gives one month notice.  Failing such notice, one month interest will be charged by the Association.  Furthermore the interest already paid or accrued on the total amount will be recomputed on the basis of the rate applicable for the shorter term for which the amount has in effect been deposited
(b)
The Association shall adjust its rate in case of any change in the Repo rate as per conditions laid down on the Fixed Deposit Application Form.
(c) At maturity date, this deposit will automatically be renewed for one year at the prevailing rate of interest if no contrary instructions are given.

1.         National Identity Card.

2.         CEB or CWA or Telephone Bill (Not more than 3 months).

3.         Bank document showing bank account number and name of applicant.
